Can Barbs Spam Skills

Hi after watching some utube vids of barb pvp the barb always has like 4 second intervals between skills is this coz of cooldown?

    yes, they are the FASTEST skill spamers in the game, nothing beats skills that channel and cast for less than a second each.

    the skills have a cooldown but still barbs can spam skills if used in the correct order. some of the wizards,venos,clerics and archers skills have shorter cooldown (the venomous scarab of veno is first to come to mind, and wizzes pyrogram) but they have a channeling time so in the end it takes longer. the class that can spam most skills however are BMs.

    fail. barbs have the fastest channel and cast of any class in the game.

    Barbs can actually spam more skills in a shorter amount of time than mage classes.
