Huge problems

The problems are blue screen crashes, the game just closing itself, causes my entire computer to freeze, during game the text is buggy, pets, mounts, npcs and icons go white, pets sometimes turn into ERR. Occasionally the graphics look strange and broken. its gotten to the point now where i cannot even log in for more than a few seconds without the game freezing or making my computer crash. I really do want to play but it has gotten progressively worse if any one can help it would be greatly appreciated. The problem is not my graphics card or overheating that i checked. This only happens when playing PWI.

    Try pressing the Verify button on the launcher.

    I'm going to need some more information from you about your computer.

    Find out what the model number for your PC is. Check the documentation that came with your PC, or look on the back or bottom of your PC for the model Number.

    Please tell us the manufacturer's name of your system too! (Like HP, Dell, Toshiba, etc.)

    Next, go to Start, click on Run (or Search if using Vista/7), and type in dxdiag and press enter.

    Click on the Display tab, and then post here everything in the Device and Drivers boxes:

    Its a custom machine actually and I have xp profesional. So ill have to contact the person who made the machine to find that out. I'm sorry ill do that as soon as possible.

    Her motherboard is a ECS G31T-M7 running a celeron E3200 with 2gb pc5400 ram made by Ultra. Her video card is an Asus ATI 4350.

    Celeron is a little slow to run perfect world

    For starters, its probably that no one but the GMs can handle this problem (because I for one don't have a clue -- and probably wouldn't have one even if I got hit with a 2X4 with Clue attached).

    Also, the GMs don't work weekends. That doesn't mean they won't try and help you. It just means they can't (contractually obligated or not) help on the weekends.

    Essentially, this is a plea for patience. A GM will probably sneak in here and help shortly.

    The Celeron starts of as potentially troublesome, but we'll see.

    Have that person send us in a ticket logged in to her account, and to follow the directions below.
