unable to connect to server

well, i loaded the last new patch and i tried to log in, but guess what message i got? "cannot connect to game server" i tried several times to log i but got the same result..."cannot connect to the game server" then i wanted to give up. but i diceided to post here first so if anyone got an answer to solve my problem, PLEASE post btw.

    At your own risk try disabling your firewall and antivirus software.

    Try running and patching the game.

    Try logging in.

    Play.

    Turn your AV software back on.

    See if that helps.

    okay i turned off my firewall and antivirus software, ran and patch the game, tried logging in a few times...and still unable to connect to server. wondering if its something else...

    >tried<:
    Disabled UAC,
    Run Client as admin,
    Run client in compatibility mode,
    disable firewall and ativirus software

    I'm starting to think the GM's don't KNOW what the problem is. I've tried everything in the FAQ, everything they told me to do in the reply to my ticket, and nothing. All I keep getting is the same bad advice: it's not my firewall or AV because I shut those completely off to check; I don't have a router, so it's not a router problem; I ran a trace, and it confirmed that port 29000 is open; I've tried running it under Administrator (I'm using the Admin account for God's sake!); I've tried compatibility mode; I've tried other random suggestions posted on forums; Nada, nothing, zip. The game just refuses to find the server.

    What AV software are you using?
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    i downloaded from the official site....my AV is NOD32

    I know of no other place to download this game except this site, so it's definitely not that >.> And the only program I have is McAfee. I'm not sure if this would help, but I checked the system type and it's running on 32-bit.

    AND!!!!!........i have to say that my launcher is ok....i mean.....shows the news...and the verification is ok....so i dont know why i cant connect to server
