European Servers?

I couldn't find an answer for it so I decided to ask here.

Is it truth that u (gms) are planning to open new servers in Europa in same time what Risking Tide Update? My friends told it's possible. It would be great cause U'll got many European players who have thick pockets ;P (4example me). But is it real to open anywhen Europea server for PWi?

    No, there will be no new servers anytime soon. Use the search button next time. Also, PWE is located in the USA so good luck having a server in Europe.b:bye

    Dreamweaver and Harshlands are your best options. Or the European version,which we aren't allowed to name/discuss, if you want to downgrade.

    They have stated, 1000 times over, there will NEVER be European servers. In their mission statement it specifies they are U.S. based striving to give North Americans the best game play experience. In addition they can not step on the toes of a location which has a license to PW content, of which there is a European version of the game (known to be craptastic, but legally its their market).

    Well JD has servers based in Holland, so wouldnt be a far unlogical step for PWE/PW to have them aswell.... but no I doudt very much be new servers.

    So there won't be NEW SERVERS? Or never new servers in Europa?

    There's no JD specifically for Europe either.

    Not really sure euro servers are needed tbh, Im in England and get on fine with ping etc on HT

    Sorry to pass out bad news just the rest but its gonna be a long stretch before you see European servers.

    and the current euro version is a private server .. so totally illegal
    (1) as far as i'm aware there is no current JD licensee in Euro, so its legal to have a Euro server for JD.

    (2) at the risk of this being censored, PW-MS is the legal public licensee of PW in Europe. Known to be a horrible wasteland, but still, the European market is their's. (to Mods, i believe the spirit of not mentioning another version is the advertising, however this version is horrible & i'm saying as such, thereby anti-advertising)

    The long stretch of waiting for the end of eternity & it still not arriving. There will NEVER be European servers. (Barring some legal disolving of their license with the current European licensee)

    It's not the server performance that makes it more difficult to play over here, it's for example the fact that TW usually starts at 4am GMT which makes it impossible to take part in. Basically all server events and support times are not conform with European sleeping habits.

    But it's still a lot of fun to play here, I'm fine with it b:victory

    omg... and yet another post about new servers...

    No, there wont be new servers. Actual servers are not even close of being full.

    GMs should sticky a thread named "There wont be new servers"

    Why opening a EU server in the international version? If you are from EU (same as me btw), you have the option of playing PWI MS, there you will have plenty of EU servers. 100% of them. All for you.

    It would be interesting to hear why the European server sucks.

    Perhaps they are behind times sorta like our version compared to the Chinese version.

    I wonder what their Gold is selling for on those servers.

    Wouldn't Euro servers charge like 1 euro per gold? That would be waaay too expensive. Gold would be like 3 times what ours is.

    euro official servers ( refered to MS, multilingual service) is way behind patches

    age of spirits arent incorporated, no leg pet for veno, no cube of fate and so on....

    they announced 5 language for last year.. only 3 languages are working.

    prices are lower but the game is far from what we have with PWI
    I look at all the trollers, and Pvpers.. and know they wouldnt have lasted 30sec on Camelot.

    Rules= Know your enemy (players and NPCs) gives you more chances to survive.
