I logged onto my Zen Wallet to see if some of my Zen Offers have credited.

I look to see that I have gained 700 ZEN from a "Boku" Source, each listed with a Code and worth 5$ each. Problem is that i did not buy any ZEN cards so i am guessing that someone accidentally credited ZEN to my account.

I really dont want to steal an entire 7 gold from this user so can i get a mod to help me out?

    Hi there, can you leave that ZEN in your wallet and submit a ticket under the Billing-> ZEN related category please?

    Make sure not to use this ZEN while waiting for a response, it may trigger a ban inadvertently. b:victory Our people are aware of this and they'll be on the look out for your ticket.

    I have this exact same thing. So do about 10 of my guildies.

    It put in 700 Zen. BUT i have 0 Zen balance.

    Yeah, it says i only have 57 ZEN (Previously Completed ZEN Offer)

    Support Ticket is sent away, when can i expect a reply?

    The normal 5 to 7 days but possibly sooner, just sit tight as we always have a bunch of tickets to answer.

    Just checked, same thing for me. Not really a problem, but, should probably be looked into.

    Yes its 2 transactions at 350 Zen each. Both from "Boku" .. they both say "completed1" and have transaction #'s.

    But at top it remains saying "You have 0 Zen"

    Just got curios about people telling me about this in my fac, and decided to check.

    I do not have a billing profile or something like that, and yet even I have this.
    I think it's something global

    same thing happened to me, i went to check if i got my free zen yet and boom, 700 zen bought for $10.00 total

    Then this is not the thread for your issue right now, you can create your own billing profile whenever you like, my chief concern is if there is simply a website lag or not.

    um, I dont mean to be a bother, but Im having the same problem as well. I have 700 zen from a Boku, made on the 16th of november.

    The transaction is considered complete to the website. It states there is a total of 700zen in your account. However, this 700zen cannot be transferred to any game or server.

    Alright we have this under control.

    The following 2 transactions:

    $5.00 2009-11-16 fe576e8e06edfada4da281bd Boku Completed 350 700
    $5.00 2009-11-16 ff14865106edfada0029ddbc Boku Completed 350 350

    were meant to be an internal test of our system, these transactions will not reward any ZEN and they should be considered dead transactions.

    Our engineers are looking into the problem, but neither of those transactions will reward ZEN, since that payment method is not even active yet. Treat it as a non-issue and we'll get it resolved ASAP.

    No ticket needed, if those transactions are identical to the ones I have listed no ticket is necessary, the issue is being resolvedb:victory

    So did nobody else notice that these transactions were for $5 each and yet only awarded 350 ZEN? :P

    Kind of a ripoff... I wonder what this Boku method will be and why it takes a nice chunk out of your payment? XD
