How do you equip skills?

I have three skills I can use, but I have no idea how I equiped them (it has been four months since I played this game). Everytime I go to the skills list it just has a diagram of all the skills for my class, but I don't know how to put them in the bottom box toolbar thing. How do I equip my skills? (by the way my class is a cleric *sp?*)

    Click R and DRAG the active skills into your skill bar (1-9)

    b:lipcurl You can use either the number keys 1-9 or the F keys 1-8. Mix and match. As a cleric I have my support skills on the numbers along with my pots and the "fly" button. My attack skills are on the F keys with the "Pick Up Item" action.

    First of all, make sure you're looking at the Skill window and NOT the Skill Tree window. The Skill Tree shows you all the skills you can get, and at which levels you can get/upgrade them. The Skill window shows you all the skills you currently have.

    To learn skills, speak with your job instructor. The job instructor will have your job class in his/her name. You will have to "pay" Spirit and Coins to learn/upgrade skills. Spirit is obtained by killing monsters or doing quests. Coins are...well...the in-game currency.

    Once you have learned the skill, it will appear in your Skill window. You can click, hold and drag the skill icons to the boxes in the Function Key (bottom of screen) or Action Hotkey bars (right side of screen) to hotkey the skills for easy use and checking of cooldown. If you haven't learnt a particular skill, you CANNOT hotkey it.

    I go to a master phychic and open a dialog and select psychic skill but all I get is the learn window.

    Clicking on the <<<Pages>>> arrows does nothing.

    I can open the Skill Tree.

    How do I get to my skill window?

    Found it. its in the list of keyboard commands via F1 button.

    Press the R key for the skill window.
