Well, Image Shack will give you some codes when you upload the picture.
You want the second one on the list which starts with "[URL="
It looks something like this:

Then you want to delete the parts outside theportion so that it looks like this:

The end result will be your picture:

No, its just part of how Elves look. Humans look "Human," Elves have those little things at the head, and for Untamed, the Barbarians look well, depends who the person is, cute or scary, and Venos have either the antlers, fox ears, cat ears and tails.
