stuck in the new city

a faction member has gone to take a look at the new upcoming city, she used town portal and now is stuck with no way to get out, she cant move any direction

what to do???

    Have your faction member post here if she can. GMs are good at looking in this area to see who's stuck and getting them out pronto.

    She can submit a ticket (only one, or they bump you down the waiting list).

    She can use Teleport Incents from the cash shop, if she has the spare silver/gold for it, and that will get her out.

    ...Or there's the option to sit and wait until the expansion goes live.... b:surrender

    STOP GOING TO THE NEW AREA.
    1)its not open yet
    2)there is nothing to do there except take pictures
    3)there are tons of pictures and videos available of the new area
    4)you are wasting the GMs time
    5)its pretty common knowledge that you run the risk of getting stuck there if you go
    6)you know you are going to get stuck and will have to pester the GMs to un-stick you
    7)knock it off please

    me wondering why don't the GMs just put in a giant sign post that says "do not enter, enter at your own risk."
    and like a message that appears when your in the teleport danger area.

    and simply stop freeing people stuck in the new places.

    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
