    First two words mean "international", next two "limited", last two "testing or experiment".

    So it means: International limited testing.

    Literally, it appears to say "The whole world limits the quantity of the experience"
    I have no clue what to make of that though <_<

    11/25 Chinese PWI Expansion Beta Starts.
    Starts from Nov 1, do a PWI survey to get Beta Key.
    That is why it's called Limited.

    For us, expansion maybe comes out begining of Dec.

    its because i have my screen res set as low as it can go, to make things on it as large as i can. i have low vision, and have to use every trick i can to make things easier to see.

    but the site address is up in the bar, so you can go there yourself. i was going to just clip out the part i wanted to know about, but thought others might want to see the whole page
