last night i wandered too far beyond where i should be. i am only level 17 and i found myself in Cromagnon Village and now i can not get out of there. please if someone can help me or give advice that would be great. i've tried the transport but i do not have access. my name is SoulHammer, i'm a barbarian. thx

    And you survived the trip to there? Wow. Well anyways, you need to head east. Dreaming Stronghold is in that direction.

    Turn on monster display on the mini map. Look for areas where there aren't any mobs, and thread your way through these areas, working your way back to where it's safe for your level. You haven't mentioned what server you're on, so it will be hard for anyone to help you.

    If you do get squadded by a high level, stay in the village until they get to you, and do exactly what they tell you to do.

    My guess is he got killed, and ended up there when he towned.

    Thats why a good explorer remembers these things-
    A)Carry some coins
    B)Carry a weapon
    C)Map out the route your going to take
    And finally.....
    D)Dont go exploring

    Imagine a level 20 cleric who didnt know how to fly higher getting to dreamweaver port and then had some.. issues coming back rofl nooby days :D

    Okay this is what you do embrace a girl lvl 29 or below thats NOT ELVE and take her to 1k stream and drop her there it be funny as shiet

    Do what the above poster said and weave through the mobs. I ran from Etherblade to Lost before I hit lvl 10 and passed all the 40ish mobs, just to meet up w/ a friend who started the game at the same time as me. I aggroed a few, but I made it. I didn't know about alt-click by that point though, so my fingers were fairly tired. The trip should be easy for you, just go kitty form and follow the map.

    Wanna hear of a miracle journey? I once travelled from Arch to 1k Streams with a lvl 20-something Barb. I died once, but I had my resurrection scroll to revive myself at the same spot I died at. Once I got to 1k, I realized I had to fly to get up there. Refusing to be defeated, I circled around to the back of the mountain and, with some luck, was able to jump my way up to the city.

    When I was lvl 15 or so i went all the way from Etherblade to Archosaur on foot. There where mobs with twice the lvl as me but I managed to get passed them. b:victory
    But after I arrived in Archosaur i got lost. b:sad It was bigger than I expected.

    After I found the way out I took the same path back to Etherblade and again avoided all the monsters. b:victory
    After I finally decided to do a quest, I had to fight some mobs with lower lvl than me. While I was doing that, I wasn't paying attention to my hp bar and guess what ... i died.. b:cry

    So the moral is don't think that if you get passed some higher lvl mobs that nothing bad can happen to you. LOL

    Before I had my mount I used to plot my routes based on rivers...(Remember swimming mastery ftw?) Swimming was faster than running, and safer too.

    I NEVER explored new places on map. I always waited for appropriate level and quests sent me there. So even at level 70 I didn't explore all map. And at lv. 90(almost), I don't know where is cromagnon village. Is much better to don't explore maps before you really have to go there. The pleasure from new places is much better than if you know everything and you have been everywhere. In level(20-80) I had great fun to exploring new map areas. b:pleased

    Avoid all monsters. Try being in tiger mode; for some reason mobs dont attack u as much then. Believe me...I've been to 1000 streams and back 3 times at lvl 11 without dying.
