What are the Pros and Cons of PKing?

    + you can try to kill others in pk mode
    - others can try to kill you while you are in pk mode

    + they might drop something if they have no GAs or bound items
    - you might drop something if you have no GAs or bound items

    It's also a lot less boring than killing mobs all day. There's a nice thrill to going up against an opponent and not knowing ahead of time what the outcome is going to be. Much more of an adrenaline rush and very exiting. But, as stated above, make sure that you are properly equipped before you go out into PK land. You may lose stuff if you aren't. And whining at someone to pretty please give you back the sword you just spent 5 mil on won't get you very far. They'll sell it quick for 3mil and then go buy more GA's.

    Of course it's also really fun sometimes to find a bunch of level 30 and 40 ppl hanging around in PK mode because they think they are ready, and they are all fighting each other in a big group. Then come swoop down, land next to them and drop em all with a tempest. Brings a certain pleasure. I don't bother picking up drops when I do that, let them deal with it. If I'm feeling especially nice, I may even rez them all.

    + easy way to fix boredom of grinding, and its a bit more of a challenge because the target thinks for themselves. it dueling but it doesnt stop at 5hp
    so alot more fun
    - can lose items if you dont have your GAs, make sure you have these before you even think of clicking that button

    I play both PvP and PvE. The pros and cons I've seen in them:

    PvE Pro: You can quest all day and not get PK'd by another player unless you decide.
    PvE Con: Can be boring because you don't get many fights you weren't expecting.

    PvP Pro: Fun because you get something you weren't expecting.
    PvP Con: Your quests might be interrupted by getting PK'd.

    +WQ with pk on is what keeps me sane b:cute WQ is never boring again. Either from chasing smb or being paranoid about somebody stalking you o.O lol feel the adrenalin baby

    You forgot PvP Pro: Your quest might get sped up by getting PKed. (Pk = free teleport) b:laugh

    there are no killing machine class it only doends on ur BUILD.if ur stupid ull build the wrong way xD.hey and archers cant beat bm or barb or wiz.they can kill wiz
    if they are hiding ofcourse and bm lol so dont try againt me im only in open places.b:laugh

    also me didn't really understand that last bit but um... Archers can kill bms, barbs, clerics, venos, wizards.

    one Pro of PvP is that it gives you a nervous tic of always checking the minimap for green dots...
    but it's soooo worth it when someone tries to rpk you and gets big surprise. (as in: would-be rpk'r = dead by would-be victim b/c you aren't that bad*** after all)
    all in all, if you want to pk, do so. if not, don't. if you play on pvp server, figure out how to finish your quests and level w/o getting so frustrated by the occasional red name that comes out of nowhere and sends you to the nearest town that you have to QQ all up on world chat.
    Sry, i rambled just then. All previous replies have more than adequately illustrated why/why not it might be in your interest to rain on some parades.

    Pros - Being able to get back at people who **** you off
