game balance and anniversary packs

This game has gotten a lot of complements from reviewers about how cash shopping is not necessary. Everything you can get from cash shop you can also get in game.

Of course, anniversary packs have changed that.

But... hypothetically speaking, this game balance issue could be fixed -- if everything that was only available through anniversary packs was also made available in-game, somehow (this does not have to be easy!), I think that that would be a good thing?

Mystical Pages, for example, could have a small chance to drop from world bosses. And event foods could have a small chance to drop from last rebirth umbrella guy, or something. And, so on...

This will not make everyone happy, but I am firmly convinced that nothing can do that. And... to me... this approach "feels right".

    And btw, you can still get everything without cashshopping. Just buy items from other players.
