    If what I think is there is correct, you're asking for wedding packs to be at NPC's? I'm sorry to say that this will probably never happen, what with it being a 30 gold Cash Shop item. So that's 60 gold, or $60 that went toward perfect world. If you don't want to dig through Catshops, try going to the boutique with Gold in hand.

    No gold? Guess you either have to catshop hunt, or just go without marraige.
