where can i find the NPC duke blacke?

i dont know where he is, and i need it for de DQ,
so someone wants to help me out with this?

    Duke wanders all over arch just start wandering around. Sorry best answer I can give.

    If you need to find him for a quest he's a purple dot on your minimap.

    So fly over every part of Arch (Leave no stone un-turned!) until you see a purple dot. That's him. b:victory

    He mostly follows the main loop of road in the city, so just run or fly along that road until you spot him. His dot on the minimap will be Purple if you need him for a quest, or Orange if you don't.

    Most of the time (from my experience) he is near the archo elder (east archo).

    He usually wonders around archo.just keep looking fo a purple dot on your map.usually he's on the road circling archo.
