Something wrong with the files?

I was scanning my computer yesterday (with Ad-Aware Anniversary and Avast! Antivirus, both of which are reputable programs), and they both noted a virus. The virus was called Win32TR\.\perDelf and when I looked it up on Google it seems that it's a malicious piece of software, so I let Ad-Aware remove it and reboot to clean. While it was booting I noticed that it was in the packdll.dll file of the Perfect World folder. Upon restarting the patcher, packdll.dll reinstalled itself, which I thought was a bit odd.

I don't think that PWE would have put a Trojan into its files, but maybe the GMs should check to see if someone's **** their files? I realise that under 21(a) as of 07/11/09 PWE's TOS doesn't guarantee it'll all be clean and that under 21(c) of the same date it cites such things to be the user's problem to remove with antivirus software, but if the file is reinstalling itself each time the patcher's run, then maybe they should check for problems?

Am I allowed to upload screenshots in order to provide further information and verification so that the problem could be rectified? I intend no harm towards PWE. I don't think they would do such a thing.
I don't want to offend possible interpretations of 9(b), 10(c), (g), (h), 11(n), 19 or 21(a), though.

Is this a common problem? Is it just a false positive?

Ad-Aware's own mods have said it's a false positive that the Anniversary edition picks up before the new update. Sorry to waste time, mods, hope this can be deleted as soon as possible.
