Ok I want ya'll to vote n put in your views of an archer at endgame in PvP.

    why do you ask for ENDGAME results but then put your polls options for level 90?

    Archers 9x are horrible - weakest link of all classes.


    At 100+ archers make can somewhat make a comback with Bloodvow - Demon archers that is.

    but the age old QQ about venos is just that. OLD.

    That poll was in 2008.


    At that point there were few end-game archers, and the ones that were didn't have opponites fully geared either. Nix'es were a luxury - sawfly's were a commodity.


    Those polls more accurately reflect levels 60-80. 81-90 it gets tougher. 9x archers are at the bottom of the list.


    Today:

    (1): Nix's are a commodity (Ream speaks for itself)
    (2): BM's and Barbs are in full Mount Crasher (Barbs have the same accuracy as archers, BM's can stunlock you)
    (3): Wizards learned about earth shield (Seal anyone?)
    (4): Clerics learned about plume shell (Sleep anyone?)



    In short - Wings of Grace is really the only thing that'll save you. But wasting one spark means you deal medeocre damage.

    i think theyre amazing, them BM and wizard rock the end game world. to me 90+ veno barb and cleric just sound boring :P.

    Archers are very gear dependant. If you wana PvP, be ready to keep spending more quid.

    archers need a pdef debuff -.-'

    i think every other class that needs one has one...only other class is wiz that don't have a pdef debuff.
    and no, i'm not talking about one that costs 2 sparks like sage stormrage v.v

    Well we all know stormrage needs edited in some way.
    I hav NEVER seen one archer on my server using it in PvP.
    It's totally "useless" compared to other classes ulti.
    Also barrage isn't useful in PvP so no-one bother saying thats it iz * in relation to other threads* >.>

    As said before.


    Most of the people who think 9x Archers can actually do something arent 9x.


    The ones who are know that you have to spend absurd amounts of moneys on Anniversary packs to get a +12 CV or Rank 8 Bow, Heaven-rage boots fully socketted with the best gems in game, and you get the picture...


    All the other classes have natural power at 9x. Gear for the other classes is just icing on top of the cake. Archers at 9x?.... We'll we have to pay for the cake and icing too.



    At 100, if your a demon archer you can make use of Bloodvows long amplification effect - it helps a bit. But it still doesn't close the gap in power that greatly.

    Barrage is good in PVP just not 1v1. You need to be squaded with a barb or bm that can run in and stun / distract while you pop a vac powder and barrage.

    it is infact NOT fail. if your class sucks at 90, it'll suck every other lvl after 90.
    I don't care how old or young you are, how small your **** is, how much of a nerd irl you are or how depressed you are that you never will get laid. There is no reason to act like an A-hole to everyone on an mmorpg. Its a shame that I have to take time out of my day to tell people "stop being an A-hole". So I end with this, if your acting like an A-hole, and some one tells you your being an A-hole chances are your being an A-hole.
