200kRep and 35k Rep Weapons?

I heard that you get 200k rep Weapon and 35k Rep weapon
Are they true?
Which one needs all 7 Signs?
And where do u get all the badges?

    idk about 35k rep weapon but DrAgOOnZ has rank 8 (200k rep) weapon.

    the 35k rep weapon is the one that requires all 7 signs. it's called the Weapon of the Sages. i think there are a few other recent threads talking about where you can get the badges.
