I think TeamRckt may have a chance! They recently stole 5000 tentacruels and are forming a massive poison submarine bomb so that they can capture pikachu, one of CQ's most prized possessions.

    Vulpix is pretty much the worst pokemon ever. Next to Blastoise of course, he sucks.
