upgrade skymanta

ok, i have a skymanta, how do i upgrade it? the pet manager that upgrades mounts only has certain mounts that can be upgraded, what am i missing here? i did a search but couldnt realy find an answer :(

    You have to buy wind widgets from the Cash Shop or from other players and take them to an NPC in (I think) 1k Streams.

    You can only upgrade skymantas that you purchased from cash shop (or from a player that got it from the cash shop).

    You CAN NOT upgrade the free one you get at level 30.

    my mount is cash shop and i can get the upgrade widget thingys. so then ill go to 1000 streams and look for some npc lol . last time i was at 1000 i didnt see any npc that would upgrade aero thingys but ill look agian

    Its not a NPC, its a forge. If you find the auctioneer, the forges are close to it.
