why

i used to be capable of buff and heal everyone

but now i just can heal who is my squad

so why if they are not in my squad i cant heal them?

    Check your PVP protections in the top right. There is a button to open a box that lets you prevent healing outside of your squad, or faction or red names.

    #10 on this is your PVP/PK Protections button. If you click it you will get a window that lets you set who you are allowed to heal/buff etc. You need to un-check the squad only box so that you can heal or buff outside of your squad.
