How should I be exping?

currently, i'm still soloing. doing acephalic rider justice orders and grinding on spinewraiths in the remaining time.

at what level should i be doing other kinds of exp?

i hear about zhen parties, 20/20/20s, fish(?) all the time. what/how/where do i exactly do this?

edit: more interested in a levelling outline until ~90
