Bash level 2

HI, i was wondering how to get my pets bash to rank 2. He just turned level 21 and it seems rank 1 isnt holding agro as much as it did. Do i go to the zoologist lady and buy that expensive bash scroll or can i raise it at the pet npc? im a little confused XD

    Buy a "tame scroll" from mrs. zoologist, then use the other options she gives you.
