Gamestop Pre-paid cards in Australia?

Hey, just looking at the News about the Pre-Paid cards. When I went to see if they were in Australia I was pretty wrapped to see that EBGames is ment to be selling them, I went to EBgames today and they said they didnt have any. Im just wondering if they actually are available in Australia or weither its just American EBGames o:

And what name would they be under? Perfect World Pre-paids or Game-stop?
If anyone could help me out that would be muchly appreciated~ <3

    EBGames is more of console gaming outlet now and if they don't sell PWI I doubt they would have cards.
    Looking for a decent casual understanding Faction.

    That is right not as boxed game only dl and in Australia they are always late on getting new titles in.I know this one person yes form another game he gets his a week later before those of us in North America and Europe.

    It was an honest mistake, I just got a little over excited about the whole thing - since its so much more convenient to charge using cards then Pay-Pal.

    Though it is a shame, but what can you do. D:

    Sorry Alv =\ But PWI favors americans. Honestly, nearly every online game I have ever played favors the USA.
    No one cares about us Aussies.

    We're just Too Epic for PWI's gift cards and Pre-paid cards and Stuff like that. b:laugh

    Yeah cus we still live in the 1800's, and it takes ages for things to reach Europe/Australia on a steamliner.

    Im not saying they should distribute outside the USA but come on, its not exactly a hard thing to do nowadays.

    The cards are probs made in China anyway due to cheaper labour cost

    They have a store locator link, technically if you put your postal/zip code and it shows you the closest store, that store then should sell the cards. If PWI only allowed certain locations of the store to sell those cards, then they should indicate that. As far as I checked, the store locator sais that there are outlets in canada too, but doesnt say if they have the cards or not.

    My suggestion would be call before going. And for PWI please say it is "FOR US Residents only", if that was what you had in mind.

    Well i can tell you, they are selling the PW cards in the USA at gamestops (go go working there!) and yeah any EBgames is a gamestop in disguise for the most part.

    There probably just doing USA for now to see how it goes, and then branching out, but like you said Australia. You guys are just to awesome. the spiders have health bars, and you have to kill 3 deadly creatures just to go to the bathroom from what i hear. b:shocked

    I have visited a Gamestop store by chance today to see if there are the Prepaid-Cards are now available.

    Result: No Cards and best thing I laughed a lot about has been is that Gamestop Germany doesn`t know PW nor PWI.

    Yeeeeeah, Problem there, Theres a European server for Perfect World already.

    But back on topic, I'd not hold your breath on an Aussie release for the PPCs, (Canada should get them in like 6 months to a year if other publishers are worth comparing to)

    PWI probably isn't licensed to sell in Australia yet so they won't be able to sell the cards down there. And before someone says "well we can charge the game directly", there are different rules concerning selling online and offline.

    WTB Aus Pre-Paid cards :<

    besides it might be harder with the exchange rate, 1 aud isnt zactly 1usd (Even though theyre gettin pretty close)

    theyre getting more money with aussies using credit cards and having to go by USD rather than buying 20/50 AUD

    hopefully they will sell em here soon. they should be able too cause (some other game that starts with R and ends in E) sells cards here and (some other game that starts with R and ends in E) sucks compared to perfect world............
