hi question about Blademaster quest

hi i am a veno class and i am trying to find the blobs out by a Blademater person i already did the quests for him i am lvl 25 atm but i can't seem to find him could someone please help me locate the blademaster again ? i believe he's somewhere around Arch..i am just not exactly sure where....

    He's in Shinning Tidewood near Tomb of Heroes. I think is that what you refer since your question is very confuse.
