rank 4 equipment

The npc in DWP sais she will sell me the rank 4 equipment when i reach the appropiate rank. I have, i have 5001 rep, got lieutenants badge but she sells me rank 3 equipment.

What am i doing wrong?

    Do you have the badge in your inventory, or equipped upon your person? I forgot if that makes a difference.

    She is trying to scam you.... report her.

    Make sure you upgrade your ring first, before you try to get the rest of the gear. Also note that she will still sell you the lower level items as well, in addition to the new rank 4 item you can buy.

    i've got the ring, tried to get the equipment with the ring in my invent and with wearing it, both give me the same result: only rank 3 stuff

    i have been working really hard to get to rank 4 and the disappointment of not getting anything for it in return is huge! what the point in getting rep if you dont get anything in return...

    What rank do you have to be to get TT90 or such as?I am still on my rank 2 badge what should it be now?
    Looking for a decent casual understanding Faction.

    you don't need a rank for TTgear.

    You only need rank levels for RANK GEAR.

    rank2 is fine at your level, but you should be nearing rank 3.

    you dont need rank to get TT90

    @OP; the top gear on the list in gold should be the one you want, pick the option to buy it, then talk to her again, and pick the same golden name.

    i'll admit i'm having the same problem as the OP here, but i assure you i definitely have enough money to purchase the gear, and its not there. But i don't care as i don't need it. b:bye

    Also I think it depend, where you want to buy your rank 4 equipment. NPC for rank 4 equip. are in dreamweaver. Have you been there?

    yes, i bought stuff for rank 3 again, no, dont get any rank 4 stuff after that so buying the rank 3 stuff again only was a waist of coins

    And did you take quest for rank 4? I think so. Then no idea what's wrong.
