Whats going on????

I haven't been banned or anything but every time i try to log in under my main char the whole game shuts down. i can log in under my alts name no problem. This is not a computer problem as I have tried this from 3 different computers. Was wondering if anyone could help me out with this problem.

    better get a ticket in quick, before the weekend, or nothing will be done about it till monday or tuesday, with staff taking weekends off now

    Yup, as mentioned send in a ticket. I've had this issue myself. For some reason your character can just get "stuck" and the game crashes every time you login with that character. If you send in a ticket, they will fix it up.

    Hold W when logging into your character. Try that a few times.

    Definitely log a ticket, I'll move this to tech support in case one of our GMs recognizes the issue too, good luck!

    I've had this happen to both of my chars a few times. Logging in from another pc and moving an inch at a time in between crashes seemed to have helped though.

    Did you crash in Tusk Town by any chance? That's where I've experienced all my crashes.

    We all rotate on weekends (Tech Support guys like me in the coming months will be too), but we have far fewer people here.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
