    What in the world is a wraith?? i know in Stargate Atlantis it was an alien ^_^ but in pwi i always hear about the wraith in the quests but i never saw one. when will i get to see a wraith!!!

    Well, there's a bunch of them.
    You could attend a village when the duke announces an attack starting there.

    According to the venomancer pet-taming quest chain - any monster a venomancer sees that doesn't have a pet-tame symbol is a real honest-to-goodness evil thing posesed by, or in league with, the wraiths.

    The things we can tame, those are just innocent wild animals.

    (Was reminded by the quest to kill the grimalkin, evil human merchant wanted me to kill an animal with babies.)

    Some Acephalids are tamable while others are not, so does that mean there are wraiths posing as "innocent little creatures"? Not sure if you can get away with calling Acephalids innocent creatures to begin with. And that would make the Spotted Felis a wraith :<

    As for quests... I kinda wished we could just throw 1k coins at Winged Elf Tien's feet (so he can just walk to the teleporter to Etherblade instead making us do all the work b:chuckle)

    And I found the quest for Duke Black and his wives exceptionally amusing, along with the one where you had to find some dead guy's body and make up a fake letter to send to his wife. And the one where they had to make a fake pelt for some rich snob who wanted a coat made out of the Spotted Felis.

    Lots of emo angst in all these quests.

    As for me, I was pretty devastated the first time I had to kill poor Kun Kun. If i remember correctly, the person who gave that quest was pretty bossy, and it's so heartbreaking watching him run away while you're trying to slap him with your pataka b:cry

    That's a Venomancer quest (maybe Barbarian too, I never played a Barbarian) from Venomancer Linda, who did not allow you to learn Venomancer skills. Apparently, she cast a spell on him to make him love her then she felt guilty and removed the spell.

    Then the guy ran away in the middle of the night and got eaten by snakes. b:chuckle

    lol yeah that one is actually based on a Chinese proverb-story. The proverb is "there's no 300 units of silver here", and the proverb-story is pretty much the same as the quest story. and if you hover your mouse over the quest item you get from chang san, the description that pops up says "300 silver".

    There was this quest where an NPC loves an ugly and bad-tempered woman, and at the end of the quest chain you get a mustard pack. The quest chain itself is quite amusing, but the most amusing thing was, if you hover your mouse over the mustard pack, the description says "How strong the smell is!! Grants people the power of that legendary heroin." lol wonder if they fixed that typo since when i did that quest.

    I also loved that quest where a drunkard in archosaur ran away from home because of shame for his failures, and he asks you to take a letter to his wive for him. Then when you go to his wive, it turns out that she has found another man, but she asks you to keep it a secret for her, and then gets you to take a reply letter back to the drunkard. So you give the drunkard her letter and keep quiet about her affair, and the drunkard's all touched and stuff that she waited for him all this time....yeah...my faction had quite a fun discussion about that quest XD

    Then there's Duke Blake's quest about his many many wives...and that banker who's in love with a wingelf guard, and proved his love by making you do all his work...kinda makes me wanna punch the NPCs in the face b:surrender

    That sounds sort of like the Egyptian creation legend. Probably what was left was...well, I can't say it here, probably, but it could be his white stuff. He probably did it with a fish then got so disgusted with himself that he made the other three races on accident when he went emo and started cutting.
