Auction House delima

Sorry to be so n00b about things, I'm new to all this & I've tried to run searches here but can't seem to find an Auction House guide (the one on creating gold accounts doesn't cover this). I put a gem in the auction house fine & watched it as the timer counted down 24hrs. (I couldn't tell if it was ever bid on since the amount I entered when I placed it there appeared immediately as the current bid & that confused me) When the 24hrs was over my gem listing disappeared & I have no idea how to either get it back or get the coins someone paid if it was bid on... anyone willing to help me out & tell me how it works or guide me to where that's already posted that I can't seem to find please?

    Go to the AH and on the bottom Click "My Sales"....it will show all of your listings and the time (in hours) left.

    Anything not sold or sold will end up in your mailbox ("Post").

    Be sure the 24 hours has actually passed before panicking.

    If it is in neither location, I would suggest logging a Ticket.

    they need to make the auction house more organized. it takes me hours of looking through it to find what i am looking for!

    Amen to that. Even with the Filters it's annoying.

    Indeed it is annoying at best... even with the gold acct guides (even the one that calls gold zen in game when there is no zen in game & the exchange rate is 100/1 so it's no where near similar, that threw me at first) but even that's easier to figure out than some things about the auction house... & I still see nothing about how to get silver so I'll just make the plunge & hope for the best.
