The best pet for veno (sticky thread didnt help)

ok look i was researchin after pets all this week
first i had my volcanic but i dont really like hem
but ill make hem as my tank pet
as a air pet ive choose the petite sawfly
now one more pet that i can choose
i need fast pet good att(not have to be the best but a good one)
good def and good hp

if some own know a pet like the Kowlin but better little
tell me
im using the polar bear for now
but i dunno what to choose for more pet
Kowlin?Armored bear?or not rare at all..?
please help me

    For speed and attack, I'd go with a level 2 scorpion. His HP is kinda low though :/

    You're going to need a water pet, but you can recycle them in and out as you need them. I like the Kowlin because it's a land based Nix, but that's my opinion. Moreover, for a pulling pet you want something ranged like the cactuses of the ape thingies. I use a cactus from FB89 Eden, loyalty is a non-issue with it.

    Bear is a good tank. Best as far as all "tanking" pets are considered (a poor veno's herc).

    yea but i dunno if to choose the Kowlin or something alse
    kowlin have a high speed but other stats are low
    i got tank (volcanic)
    and fly (petite sawfly)
    i dont want water pet
    i need one more land
    fast with good attack
    not have to be good hp and good def
    but attack and speed
    any one know what should i?
    better not rares
    the bear took me 11hours..

    Honestly though OP, there's no (tamable) pet that matches all those criteria. A herc does but I'm sure you already know that. I guess a Kowlin would work but you can't get one until you're level 60 so that's out for now.

    In my opinion, your best bet would be the shaodu cub. It has decent HP and defenses and it's faster than the magmites but it's attack is kinda low. It holds aggro well enough if you keep it's skills leveled so that's not really much of a problem. I have flesh ream, pounce, bash, and howl on mine and I don't steal aggro if I wait for it to use both FR and bash before I start nuking.

    My experience is limited to shaodus, magmites, and eldergoth marksmen so I can't really give much advice on anything outside of those three.

    Edit: Just read your second post. In your first post you asked for one that had good attack, HP, defenses, and speed.b:sweat

    Well, if you're not worried about HP and defenses then a level 2 scorpion is the way to go. Highest damage of all pets (excluding phoenix) and decent speed.

    I have a Shaodu Cub. I want to get him back up to my level. They're cute.

    hes not so fast
    hes ok 7.4 not really fast
    10.4 like Kowlin is
    im sellin my bear right now for 500k on Lost city
    after this
    i think ill buy a kowlin should i?

    Shaodu cub is worth 1.2-2m, not 500k (at least on HT). Kowlin is about 600k (on HT).

    Shaodu is your tanking pet and they generally do suck **** for damage.

    Kowlin - BM on four legs and tamable (mean HP is OK and Defs are OK but they go SQUISH if you aren't careful).

    i know how to take care a kowlin
    my friend got one and im playing with hem
    hes fast ****
    u cannot lose aggro with hem
    and he wont die so fast if u heal and keep a eye on his hp

    Kowlin is level 60, so make sure you can use it....

    For much cheaper, look into the tree frog. The tree frog is a little of an unsang hero in this game, since you do not get many regular mobs that mix magic and physical. If you look at it, it is pretty snappy, it has a very nice attack, good mdef and ok pdef. Its main drawback is that you really need to fix his skills. For pure damage on a land pet, a scorpion would be a good choice, like it was pointed out before. Than you have the blue chicken and the red chicken from FB59, also pretty decent and fast. Once you get to level 85, the ninetail is very fast, and very high attack as well, although a little on the fragile side. As a bonus, it does come with Howl.
    Too often we loose sight of life's simple pleasures. Remember, when someone annoys you, it takes 42 muscles in your face to frown, BUT, it only takes 4 muscles to extend your arm and slap that mother#$@%#^! upside the head.

    Even if you buy a kowlin you won't be able to use it until level 60.b:sweat
    A cuddly pup is a rare pet that you can use at level 40. At level 90 it has a speed of 9.5 and does 2145. It has slightly better stats than the kowlin in everything except speed and attack.

    Cub is worth more because it is used to make all class pets and because venos prize it as a tanking pet. And like I said before, cubs are cute.

    Kowlin is L60 and there isn't as much competition for them. Don't get me wrong, you're still going to have to compete for one if you're taming for it, but it's not as fierce. I didn't get my Kowlin until about L64 and then he became my primary tank. Shortly afterwards I got my Cub and was leveling him up to use him for tanking other things I would need. (Then I met a really great guy and he got me a herc! <3)

    I use a pentastral beetle king as my main tank. It has level 4 tough, bash, flesh ream and roar. As long as I remember to cycle its skills, I don't pull aggro with my 3 scarabs and a heal macro, and if I do pull aggro, the roar can get it back.

    It has slightly more HP than my volcanic magmite when both are the same level, and a better balance between phys and mag resistance (phys res lower than a magmite, mag res higher.) It's slow, and its attacks are fairly weak, but it works for me. (A level 2 beetle would be slightly stronger than the level 3 beetle king I have.) It has the benefit of not being rare, so you don't have to compete with a bunch of others to tame it, or pay through the nose to buy one.

    maybe the cub is a good tank
    but i have already tank (volcanic magmite)
    there is no problem to get 60 on my veno
    its can take me 3 weeks
    anyway
    no body bought my cub yesterday for 750k
    so im trading hem for a Kowlin egg
    Kowlin is a good pet
    not for tanking maybe but a good one and fast

    cub is 2mil on lc but all class one..veno only,u can find it for 300-400k.
    i dont understand why would it be so expensive on other servers,maybe what u saw was a scam or all class one,cuz alot of other pets can also be used eggs to make them all class but it dont effects price of 1 egg.
    if ur looking for fast and good dmg pet,get the kowlin..but thats rare one,
    if u dont wanna waste money or camp the spawn u could get ninetailed pyrofoxie its also good for pulling, fast and decent dmg but theirs hp is also low..only problem is that pet is lvl85,u can find it at land of burning heart

    this is a good pet set

    Kowlins are good for tanking singular mobs or two to three mobs in a sticky situation. If not you could always use him as a sacrifice as you run away.

    HT is a Veno heavy server. I don't know about the other servers, but you can't turn around without seeing a Veno. There is a lot of competition between venos to be the best one or to have the best pets because they want to get into the best squads. In addition to the concentration of the venos, there is a demand for the all class pets. I can't really explain the economics of my server, but the cub tamed at L20 is worth, bare minimum, 1mil.
