Need quest help from GM or lv101

Lv101 quest The Circle - one of the stages of this quests asks you to kill Waning Moon in Lin's Residence. Where can I find this boss??

I looked in the database, and it lists Waning Moon as being in City of Naught. From my understanding this is fb109, which is not currently accessible in PWI. To complicate matters, Warsong City uses the same map as City of Naught, yet when I look at all the bosses in Warsong City, I don't remember ever seeing a Waning Moon. I also have a Warsong quest that lists 5 bosses that you need to kill, and Waning Moon is not one of them.

Can a GM (or lv101 player who has actually completed this quest) tell me if this boss does indeed exist in our current game version, and if so, where in the world it is?

    so not a single person has finished this quest?

    no GMs know the answer to this question?

    Im pretty sure waning moon is the boss in heaven fb 109, if not it could be the boss with the umbrella in goddess valley. Dont quote me on that tho

    People who've played the PW-MY version, have confirmed (believe me i had several topics searching for this answer), that Warsong is not just a recycled map, it is infact, the intact City of Naught FB109. That is why the 80+ Warsong requirement is laughable, because it is indeed an unadjusted, mob for mob, boss for boss, transplant of the FB109.

    As such this second part i can not confirm, but merely theorize, that the boss which is pointed to as being in City of Naught, is probably indeed in Warsong. This would make sense also considering at 100+ they start to give BH's in Warsong, and it is considered, realistically, to be a lvl 100+ dungeon.

    However, there is also the possibility, that the quest is merely an unremoved remnant, of when FB109 existed, and you got a quest for it. I do want to point out, that in the China (real, full version) of PW, FB109 only existed for 1 week and was afterwards removed. Its been decided by the official makers that there will never be an FB109. That is why they could liberally re-use the dungeon for Warsong.

    On the other hand, other versions not directly connected to the main China versions, (such as PW-MY, or 'fake' PW) do have these FB109s open & intact.

    Not really that unbelieveable. FB69 was the last dungeon where lower levels (well within the last 10 levels) seem to have a problem. I remember doing FB79 for the 1st time as a lvl 71, and the entire group was lower then 79 except for the tabber. FB89 is done quite often with people all in their 80s. With the gold chrono series, people just hitting 90 are doing many bosses in FB99 SoT, and i remember my group killed the final (HUGE) boss in there. All things considered, people in their very low 10Xs wouldnt have much lower stats %-wise then people in their upper 10Xs (if that were possible), and the developers probably figured it was a good level gap to place quests in there.

    If warsong is indeed fb109 it may be the case that the boss you need has been renamed and that quest can be completed by killing the renamed boss.

    I think though that that is the pavillion of earth and the boss you need is water so maybe not.

    Whether the can complete this quest???
    also stuck on this boss-Waning Moon in City of Naught.
    Maybe can replace another boss to drop this item?
