    Do you think clerics should have a MP Recovery move? b:question Because that's one good way to to improve the cleric. b:victory

    4.Revive-is our most hated skill cause it does nothing for clerics. So I think its fair that CLERICS SHOULD BE ABLE TO REVIVE THEMSELVES.

    I believe that this is already possible... if you were dead and could cast revive i'm sure it would work... the only problem is the whole... you're dead thing... b:surrender

    I'm only lvl 58 atm, but imo (not speaking about pvp/duelling) clerics are quite good already.

    - selfbuffs
    - selfhealing (rocks imo)
    - purify

    and 3 great attacks , plume, wind and thunder.

    What more do you need ? Tbh, nothing.

    clerics are meant to "support" , but you can go full attack, hybrid (skillwise) , or go full support and you have all the skills you need to choose either way.

    We might not be as fancy as mages, no tankers like barbs, no DD's as BM's and not as rich (well, sometimes) as Veno's, but i'd like to see a squad doing "bigger" stuff without a cleric.

    Imo, we're versatile, we can solo, support AND do deal some damage. and with the right setup and gear we're tough to "crack".

    Leave clerics as they are, i think we're doing just fine. And if you die, you should have used a scroll or get another cleric. That's what they're for.

    Every class has it's purpose.

    p.s. MP recovery mode ? wtf ? never heard of those nice mp meds or mp charms ? I barely run out of mp, and there are enuf things to get to be able to keep it that way. Jinxiao's or whatever it's called...now THAT is a must have, those things are lifesavers imo. With those i never run out it.

    the only thing i think should be changed is to make it so that a clerics revive lvl applies to them when they go to town or use a scroll. it sucks to lose exp to go to town when the rest of the squad saves theirs with your nice res level. I also dont like spending money on guardian scrolls just to save my exp.

    BMs are probably my favorite dds around. They aren't squishy, usually respect and protect the cleric, and in spite of the seemingly constant suicidal impulses, don't get me killed very often.

    Clerics are fine as is.
    Sure Revive sucks cause you can't save yourself from xp loss but guess what.. you picked the class so deal.

    I have played a cleric to high lvls and they can do very good in PvP if you know what skills and in what order to spam. Quit QQing and begging to make them OP.

    we should also have 4 stuns and be able to use pets like nix as well, maybe blink, most of all hitting people should not break their sleep.

    That provides the target with more energy not you only if another cleric cast IH on you will get the extra energy if that cleric is demon.

    I agree with brantanor as we are fine the only thing is to have magic shell fixed and celestial guardian seal buffed a little.

    Were all these suggestions actually done it would make playing a cleric incredibly boring. Good players make an effort to understand the limits of other classes and work within them. i.e. clerics are slow. its a fact of life. So just because everyone can run half a mile ahead of us to the next group of mobs doesnt mean that they should.
    Granted, I would like i self-revive, but that would end party-wipes, about half the res and guardian scroll sales, and your squad paying attention to your health.

    Only thing i agree with is to change Siren's Kiss (and a wiz's dragons breath, btw), but not the way the OP recommends. What is the point of a 1-time spell that leaves you standing in the middle of a group of mobs who will beat you to death the moment you set it off? Give it a little range so you can use it and run the hell away.

    As for thunderball, i left that at level one for the base magic damage, when i dont want to use the mp for another plume shot just cus a mob survived with 3hp. I've never found any reason to level it past that.

    I agree that the rezing thing is kinda crappy. here are my suggestions to fix it:
    -you still have to go back to town, but xp loss is based on your current skill level. still allows for wipes, but no one gets screwed. this still allows for the want of the scrolls.
    -it could be a genie skill (cleric only of course). this means sacrificing another skill and you can make it a high cost of the genies energy. (could be a coin sink because people would be buying magic stones alot more)
    -it could a cleric skill that is pre-cast. make it last 10 minutes and cost like 500-1000 mp and like a 5 sec cast time. this means that clerics could still **** it up by forgetting to have it going. also during boss fights whether its worth the mp waste to re-cast and risk not healing. as a possibility make it only available after rez is lvl10 (like group buffs) this will make clerics want to get it maxed quickly thus making everyone happy because you wont have clerics saying "sorry i got rez 1 only"!

    i also agree that mp/hp buff should not drop to half during combat. it becomes miniscule at higher levels, not cool.

    other than that i would only ask one other change and its not cleric specific. mp charms should not be "refill at 75%" it should be at 25% or 50% like hp charms. you cant even cast your group buffs without setting it off like twice. and with the cost of some of our other skills it just goes off way too often. i know, i know "but then charm sales would go down!" i'm not so sure really. I never buy mp charms i find them to be wasted way too quickly and i am not the only one. so it is hard to say whether sales would stay about the same or go up or down.

    lol I solo HH 1-2 by my self with no Charms at all just 1 type of pot, lvl 25 MP Event Pots xD

    This i was during the bosses
    it was IH 10 times, Great Cyclone, IH, Great Cyclone, IH, Great Cyclone ect....

    I popped a event pot every time i was at low mp. Took me about 2 hours to completely solo the whole place xD about 20 minutes on each boss.

    Ever saw the prices of charms these days because i don't have a 1 Mill just to spend on a bronze charm and the those Pots drain you money and lastly making mp pots take a while and the cooldown time for those pots take to long. So dont say that clerics shouldn't have a MP recovery move because we need that more than anyone else.

    Yes, demon Ironheart dose heal you mp but It only heals 300 mp over 15 sec's and each ironheart cost 400 to cast so, it wont heal you mp it will just slow down the mp drop.

    P.S: I don't relay like the fact that i have to Pay 1 Mill and have to wait till lvl 89 just to get a mp recovery move that dose not heal you mp completely but just slow down the MP drop rate.

    well double spark restores 10% of your mp.
    i use it all the time while grinding through quests. i have like 5500mp right now and with the frequency of double spark showing up to refill 550 mp at a time i can go a long way without stopping.
    kill, kill, kill... when double spark is available i find two mobs near each other. double spark and kill both. this pattern can let me kill 15-20 mobs before needing to stop for meditation and a single mp pot/apoth. then it take all of 20 seconds to refill my mp. 20 seconds every 6-8 minutes of kills isnt all that bad.

    You have a point about that but i'm not at lvl 59 to test that out.

    13.Tempest is weaker than the ice dragon so it would be nice to get the "Mountain Seize" stun effect on it.


    really...you are comparing tempest to the strongest attack in perfect world international..? other than that wizards deserve the dragon cuz a couple hits are enough to absolutely massacre our hp so we need something to defend ourselves

    clerics on the other hand can just stack some ironhearts and shoot away and pretty much destroy wizards with phys spells i think this post is really dumb i cant beat any cleric anyways why should they get stronger than they already areb:angry

    Wizards have dragon because we are the hardest hitting class

    I can 2 shot a cleric that has 5k ish HP...using magic attacks...
    Sins are Scissors. Psychics are Rocks.
    Archers, Venos, Barbs, Wizards, BMs, Mystics, Seekers are Paper.
    ...and Clerics are Mushrooms.
    Paper beats Rock. Scissors beats Paper. Scissors also happens to beat Rock...until Rock gets 50k+ soulforce at which point Rock becomes an unstoppable killing machine that beats Paper... and would beat Scissors but it can't find Scissors, because Scissors are invisible.
    So Scissors beat Paper and avoids Rock, and that is called BALANCE. -cheze

    The only real update a cleric 'needs' is a speed boost that lasts a fair amount of time and without using holy path.

    IE: Barb's tiger form (not that extreme of a speed boost)
    IE: Veno's summer sprint (ideal)
    IE: Wizard's distance shrink (ideal)
    IE: Assassin's sprint
    IE: BM's sprint
    IE: Archer's speed buff

    Do psychics have a speed boost? If so, clerics are the only ones that have to expend 100 chi for a speed boost that only lasts a few seconds because the skill also reduces damage.

    All the changes listed in the first post should only be implemented if all the classes BUT clerics vanished. Seriously, it's stupid.

    build your self right and you should be good.

    i don't have cash shopped gear and i can take a pretty good hit
