Hello! It's the second time I post this problem because the first one got no reply. The issue is the following: I own a laptop with an intel integrated card more known as intell x3100, and im having a lot framerate issues. I can only play at lowest settings (yes resolution too) and only getting 18 fps average with some 10 second drops to 7 fps. I really don't understand whats happening I play World of ******** with almost everything in high settings (shadows turned off). Can you guys help me with this problem?

Do you have a multi core system?

    If yes see here:

If no, try verifying your game files by pressing verify on the launcher.

    You tried both suggestions?

Make sure you have all the updates for your gfx driver.

your video card be bad. it's intel they don't really make graphics processing units. they make image chipsets...
you can read about how bad it is. notorious for having horrible quality and frame rates.

if you don't want to read a wall of text here be a quote from the author that sums it up.
"If you're going to game even casually on your laptop, unfortunately, I don't think the X3100 can be settled for. While technically the hardware is there, it's not worth gambling on it, hoping that eventually Intel will magically make it suck less. There just aren't any guarantees."

sadly you be on a laptop which be extremely difficult to swap hardware.
    =(
if it were a desktop me could help you in half a second with recommendations and such but sowwys. no dice for laptops. at least until we make contact with the humans and share our animal tech. but they not ready yet.

I'm going to need some more information from you about your computer.

Find out what the model number for your PC is. Check the documentation that came with your PC, or look on the back or bottom of your PC for the model Number.

Please tell us the manufacturer's name of your system too! (Like HP, Dell, Toshiba, etc.)

Next, go to Start, click on Run (or Search if using Vista/7), and type in dxdiag and press enter.

Click on the Display tab, and then post here everything in the Device and Drivers boxes:
    dxdiag.jpg

    Thanks!
Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
