Problem logging into the PWI (only one character)

I can log into my account and select my primary character but when it tries to load the character, the client crashes. I can log into another character on a different server so I know the client is fine. The client was working just fine earlier in the day but it crashed and since then I can't get back into that character. Anybody else seen anything like this

hold the "W" key while loading the character, give that a try

Tried holding the 'w' character down. Still the same problem. Any other thoughts?

Thanks. I already submitted a ticket. Was hoping others had ideas to fix it that I could try while I waited for a response.

I had the same problem, try to change the resolution and/or windowed/fullscreen mode. worked for me.
