Auction House charging fee twice?

Okay, so this has been happening to me for about two weeks now.
When I go to sell an item in the auction house, I get charged the fee, and when someone buys the item from me, I get less than the minumum bid back...b:surrender

Is this happening to anybody else?
I even sold my Rashnu on my main because Im deleting him, and the minimum bid was 1.5M. I got 1.4xxxxx b:sad

    AH charges you to put items in AH and takes a bit out of the profit as well.

    AH takes 5% as a tax/commission.
