Call To Duty and Dungeons Questions

I have a couple of doubts and I havent found any article explaining it properly. I got the Call To Duty: XENOBEAST item from my elder.
1)As far as I know the only use for this item is to serve as somekind of token in order to get a quest that give me somekind of good drop. Is that all?
2) Somebody told me that it can be use to allow characters of higher levels to get more experience at the dungeon is that true?
3)If I fail this quest there is anyway to get this item again?
4) Also there is a difference FB 19 for each race?
5)Are all instances FB number something? Don’t they have a name?
6)Can I get good items from dungeons by running it without a quest?
7)My character is 23 level wizard and my wife is a 23 level cleric what kind of squad we need for FB19?

    All FBs are instances, however not all instances are FBs.

    They all have names, but it is easier for people to just call them by the number of the level you get the quest.

    So FB19 for the quest you get at level 19, FB29 for the quest you get at 29, etc.

    Once you get to FB89, than most people will add a indentifier to which one, since there are 2 so it will be FB89 heaven or hell. Similar to FB19 where people will say if it is FB19 human, or elve or untamed.

    @ Drazo, you can delete your own post. I just learned that today:

    this about sums most of it up, the FB (Fuben chinese for cave) are quests which call to duty just has you kill the boss, and till 59 ur Spiritual Cultivation will have you kill mobs in these locations as well. not including some other quests.
    FB19 elf - cave of viscious
    FB19 untamed - Den of Evil
    FB19 human - dont remember
    FB29 - Secret Passage
    FB39 - gate of delirium
    FB51 (the exception to the every 10 level rule) - The Frostcovered Grounds
    FB59 - starts with a D but can't remember it off hand distraction or distruction something like that.
    FB69 - Wraith gate
    FB79 - island something (SE of Dreamweaver port)
    FB89 - no clue
    FB99 - no clue

    edit: forgot to mention a few other answers you asked for. ur both lvl 23 one Wizzard and 1 Cleric. find a Barb or so ur level and 1 other cleric or 2veno's (duel heal one pet) and you'll be able to even at 19 with that type of squad, but otherwise ask for a good tank and have your wife spam Ironhearts Blessing on the tank and you should be fine. i get hit for about 100 dmg by the boss (maby) so he'll hit you for 200-300 per shot and a barb/bm with IH can tank that np even at 19 and possibly slightly lower if he's vit build.

    I'm going to say it's a ' or ". Some browsers like firefox support "smart quotes" but this causes problems on certain forums.

    failure will give you the "tab" back usually. there's rare occurrences where the tab will not return, but that's a glitch, and just submit a ticket if that occurs

    u said FB69 when u get 3rd tab at level 70.
