Major Lag?????????????????

ok so i was just playing then everything started reacting slower,skils etc then mobs and other players started freezing some secs
so now i can hardly play and its not my comp or internet these forums also load extremly slow for me atm anyone else who got this problem?
its impossible to always do the right thing we all make mistakes i am not different from that
just try to be a good person

english isn't my native language so there might be a few spelling/grammatical errors in my posts

    why would i reboot my computer everything except these forums and perfect world runs just fine

    to be honest is was just playing then this lag occured and it didnt disapear since then

    also @eatwithspoons yes i know that i should have posted here but on the average you get responses faster in the general discussion
    and i didnt really think about it when i posted this

    This lagg started for me after it was 3pm for me(The Netherlands)
    Its no playing like this i get huge lagg spikes i need to wait around 1~2mins to walk againb:angry
    I saw the ping on sanctuary that the ping was 3000 :O.
    I rebooted my pc checked my internet connection(can download with 1mb)
    thats not the problem.
    This forum loads slow as hell. Is the rising tide exspansion the problem??

    I'm going to need some more information from you about your computer.

    What version of Windows you are running, and what bit (32bit or 64bit).

    How much system RAM do you have?

    What CPU speed and type do you have?

    Find out what the model number for your PC is. Check the documentation that came with your PC, or look on the back or bottom of your PC for the model Number.

    Please tell us the manufacturer's name of your system too! (Like HP, Dell, Toshiba, etc.)

    Next, go to Start, click on Run (or Search if using Vista/7), and type in dxdiag and press enter.

    Click on the Display tab, and then post here everything in the Device and Drivers boxes:

    ok i will try that but im really bad with pcs
    added that my pc is configured in my own language making certain stuff harder to find its just weird cause i have played this game 11 months with just the occeasinal dc everyone has
    and i didnt change any setting

    If you are positive it is just a networking issue, read the networking info in our FAQ. Links below \/

    Also try turning off/unplugging from power, your networking hardware for a few minutes.

    Reboot your PC.

    See if that helps.

    i didnt do anything but the lag seems to be alot reduced if not back to its old level without me doing something its very weird to see this disapeared the same way as it came anyway the forums run on their old speed to
    and i am happy again it just stays weird

    also having issues here... i normally get occasional lag spikes, but now i'm getting consistent lag (intensity varies, but the lag is always there now) and occasional near-d/c experiences

    i'm from the usa west coast, playing on west coast server (normally get between 30-150 ping rate, depending on time of day/night)

    what's the dealio peeps? i know it's not on my end, already checked everything

    also, this is new, as in only started after the latest patch (v199)

    i can't play the game as things stand T_T


    EDIT: just in case this helps at all, here's my dxdiag output... ya'll probably know it by heart by now b:laugh
