moneybookers (status : Pending)

I'm confuse with this. I already purchased zen before and didn't had this kind of problem. They send me this e-mail saying
"You have attempted to make a payment of 50.00 USD at moneybookers@perfectworldinc.com's website using Moneybookers but your account balance could not cover the payment amount. We have therefore created a pending Send Money transaction for 50.00 USD in your account, which you can look up or cancel any time you like in your account history.

As soon as you have enough money on your Moneybookers account, we will send the payment to moneybookers@perfectworldinc.com.
"but i do have money in my account, is there some kind of explanation here?
will I still lose my money? And how am I gonna be able to get Zen? (I'm in Canada using Visa Card)..I would really appreciate your help.

    if your using a prepaid visa, you also have to put into consideration the exchange rate, so if you have a 50 dollar prepaid visa and are trying to charge 50 zen, it will not work.

    I do have more than enough to pay for the zen.
    I don't know whats wrong since I already did it once and never had a problem with it and since I live in Canada, what would you advice me to pay my zen on?

    Ok another thing, about that "pending" status. How do I cancel that transaction or will it just expire and cancel itself?

    You could call moneybookers hotline actually, they're available 24/7.

    Airtime Overseas charges applies though

    And I've read some stuff about "paypal", saying you have to wait for 24-27hrs to get your zen, is that permanent/always like that?

    Nah, if your using visa, it should be instant.

    The only wait I've ever had using paypal ANYWHERE was when I used an e-check. Debit/credit cards have always been instant, except for when PWI asks for the verification in which case it takes 5 minutes tops.

    If you contact them directly about your pending issue, they can assist you with resolving that problem and your purchases should complete in a more timely fashion after that. If you want to cancel this attempt and start over, you will need to log into your Moneybookers account and cancel the purchase from your payment history.

    Do you have to have a moneybookers account to purchase ZEN on PW?

    What I have noticed is that you have to wait a few days if you purchase over 50$. Pay pal seems to have undergone some change where it wants to use bank account instead of charging debit card. Mooney brookers seems to be the same. It really pisses me off cause when i buy gold I often want it right away or it looses value as it may miss a sale time.but at anyrate it is a matter of waiting
