World quest question

Can anyone tell me what this quest gives after finishing it and
how to aquiar it.I know that Li mengpay gives it close to crazy stone but
there is no yelow thing on his head.As far as I know you have to be lvl 70 to get the quest and I am 79 and still don't know how to get the quest

    If you've never done it before (at level 79? really?) you get it the first time at the Archosaur Elder.

    Just the first time, to get the Fantasy Token. You bring that to Li Mengpai and he gives you the Paperclip to start it.

    After the first time you just go straight to Li.

    Almost as much exp and SP as you get doing CS.
    Its free but time consuming. You need to talk to many many NPCs all over the world (30 steps total, you do between 20-25 usually).
    After talking to a NPC check the quest inventory to see the next volume and which NPC needs it. After a few rounds you will remember who goes where.

    At lvl 76, i get around 360-370k exp off of CS/BH/WQ, so its definately worth your while to complete WQ as often as possible. Theres essentially 2 methods of doing WQ: 1) run/fly everywhere, or 2) tele everywhere. Option 1 takes at least an hour or so to do, longer if you go afk during it. Option 2 takes less than 30 mins, but itll run you between 150-200k per day.

    Another WQ question: What about these mysterious items?

    I've heard that the Malaysian version of the game allows you to use these items to buy a house- but we can't do that on the INT version.... any clue what these items are used for?

    It's not the MY version that had that. It was the original P2P version. They've said they don't have any plans to implement the housing system as of now, but they might in the future, you never know. I sell mine regardless.
