Logon and crash

I am having some problems with my account. It seems that I cannot log on as one of my alts. I have three on my account and all but one is working fine. I wanted to know why. I had a thought that it could be that I was banned from the game, but it that where the case then it would be my username and not just a single toon. I have put way too much time and effort in to this one and even have a cute outfit that i really like. Pleas help me oh masters of tech support. You are my only hope.

Also what it the deal with the error bug screen? It tells me that it could hot connect to the serer and then it tells me that the bug report was successful.

Please try a verify from the launcher and/or holding down the "W" button while logging in.

It could be that you are in a bugged area.

Try holding W when logging in.

If that doesnt work and if you did what ary said, send a ticket to

I'm going to need some more information from you about your computer.

Find out what the model number for your PC is. Check the documentation that came with your PC, or look on the back or bottom of your PC for the model Number.

Please tell us the manufacturer's name of your system too! (Like HP, Dell, Toshiba, etc.)

Next, go to Start, click on Run (or Search if using Vista/7), and type in dxdiag and press enter.

Click on the Display tab, and then post here everything in the Device and Drivers boxes:

I'm sorry it took so long for me to post a reply on this. With school and work I haven't had much time. I have tried what you told me to and it seemed to work when I lowered all the settings. But when I upped the Texture and sample it crashes on that one toon, but works fine on all the others. I was talking to a classmate and he brought up the idea of it could be a corrupted character file on the server. Not placing blame just putting out a suggestion. You wanted me to put in my dxdiag, please let me know what to do.

AnamTrial, he needs the Display tab of the dxdiag. You posted the System tab :P ^^
