Noob Veno needs help with fb19

I'm Veno, trying to do this for the first time, I can't use world chat and don't feel like going to search for a teleacoustic...

If any1 can help, just pm me in game or in forums. I have that call of duty item in my inventory, and am sitting next to the den of rabid wolves cave... But otherwise I really don't know what to do...

    Well, I found a group and we killed the boss but I didn't get the quest done :S.
