Help with my barbarian stats

So Im lvl 19, my stats are as follows :

STR: 47
VIT: 39
DEX: 19

i initially thought i wanted to be a hard hitter build, but now im starting to rethink it. how can i get my stats back to normal to I can be a normal tanker? like the tanker that most barbs are??
