2 questions plz

i wanst sure if to post here, but i did it anway.

1.i got an Hellish Bug from one of my quests (i think from the zeologist near TT) and i cant figure out what to do with it.

2.for some strang reason i can lear the apotherpy lvl 4. i have all the other skill (blacksmith, tailor and craftman) at lvl 4 after i did the 2 stars quest but i never got a quest for the apotherpy. my bar shows 100% and i'm in lvl 3.
when i go to the elder to learn the quest and i press it (it's kinda bright like u can press it) it's just tell me "this skill cannot be learned at this moment" or something like that.
plz help!

    Hillish bug - there's a guy standing around near the Twilight Temple entrance who'll take it for a quest. If he won't give you the quest yet, wait a level.

    To get to level four in a crafting skill you need to be level 50 and do a quest (the apothecary quest is simple - fly to a man and buy a very expensive book, the other quests involve crafting certain items)

    Then you need to max out level 3 and go to the elder as normal.

    I cant find that man! i looke all the apothecary guys in arch and no one have it.
    any ideas?

    Way of the Apothecary
    System message upon reaching level 50 if Apothecary skill is level 3

    1. Speak to the Elder of Archosaur (570, 648) Archosaur, East
    2. Speak to Huajen (618, 390) Dreamweaver Port Outskirts
    -Reward (Exp: 500)
    -Rank 4 Apothecary Mastery can be bough from Huajen's trade list for 52500 coin.
