Legendary Quest: Token of The Seven

I got up to Blade of Seal for the metal element, but for some reason it won't give me the quest for the Bow of Seal for the wood element. Can anyone tell me if there's something wrong with the quest or does the game just hate me?
If you attack some random monster, then all of its friends will come over to attack you back. And if a Cleric throws a heal at you, all of those friends will then hate the cleric more than you, and so will rush over to kill the Cleric. Who will hate you forever.

    Go to tusk town for the npc that gives you the quest. If you did that then I don't know.
    I am a barb that does not powerlevel, nor cash shop. I may not be the highest level, nor have the best gear. However unlike others, I know how to play.b:pleased

    the only thing i can say to you is that maybe u have 20/20 quest (so full list) and u cannot get new quest

    I figured it out... for some reason a lot of my quests aren't showing up when I click find quest... Annoying, but manageable. TY all for ur help ^^
