Means you need to have the level maxed out before you can learn the next one.

You max out your current level for it. With blacksmithing, for example, for L1 you need to make 10 items to max out the level and get L2. You can't get L2 if you've only made 8 items. Therefore, you will have to get mats and make a couple more items to max it out then get L2.

Now, if you're talking about L4 crafting skills, you have to reach L50, do the crafting quests, and then you can get L4 crafting skills. It's a pain in the butt, but that's how it works. For the L4 skills, you need to make three 2* items and turn them in to a specified NPC.

At L5 you can go to the elder and he will send you on a "quest" to talk to the Crafting Masters in your race's City. You can learn all of the skills and pick one or two to level up. Most players have Apothecary leveled up and keep it up. The other skills, you can pick one and go with it or try to maintain all three.

One more thing do I just get the skill books right now and wait for that quest to come befor I can learn eney of the manufacturing skill's, or can I do eneything for manufacturing in the meantime?

That just confused me. Does that mean you bought the books before getting the quests at L5? If you're talking about the ones for the L4 crafting at L50, then I think you can buy them but not use them until you done the quests to "earn" them.

No thats not what I mean. When you talk to the elder she sends you to a manufactur teacher, like a tailer or black smith. Then the teacher gives you a book in your inventory to show to the elder, well the teacher calls it a book it looks like a magice abillity, I think I spelt that rong, that you would click on when fighting. Well I talk to the elder and click learn ability and the book gos into a menu for abilitys to learn when I click on it in the menu it says I have to upgraid my mastery skill befor I can learn this skill.

Press R and look to see if you've already learned it. If you see it in the "Passive" skills area, then you have the manufacturing skills already. All you need to do then is start making stuff.

Okay, you need mats: pig iron, sandstone, cotton thread, grease, etc. You can find them all over the starting areas, although, some are drop mats and thus are harder to get. When you have mats you will need to either save the jade pieces you get from drops or buy some from the Merchant. Once you have mats + jade you can talk to a crafting master, like the blacksmith or tailor, and select "Manufacture Equipment," then a box will come up and show things you can make. Pick one and see if you have what it needs then make it.

Mats for manufacture, like for smithing or tailoring or the other manufacture skills.

if u wanna do a weapon go to blacksmith and select "Manufacture weapon"

then u choose which weapon u want to make based on ur level

u click on that weapon and look which r the mats ull need

    then just farm those mats

look here to find the mats: http://www.pwmap.ru/pwi/

select resources and select the ones u need then just look at the coords and go there farm em !

EDIT: OMG i just noticed that PWdata hasnt his maps anymoreb:shockedb:cry

when did they took em out ? maybe after the mats was putted on cash shop? b:puzzledb:angry
