Genie skill: Ranged Blessing

I've been trying to teach my genie the archer only skill "Ranged Blessing". However, I can't find the skill in the list at the watcher. Any idea why? Thanks.

    Did you give it the required affinities to learn it?

    I did not, but seeing that I am able to view the other skills even though I did not have the affinity, I presumed that this one would be the same. I did not want to add affinity unless I can get the skill.

    It also may be called "Stunning Blast". There's some inconsistencies there. Also, it really isn't that great. The range on it is only 6m, so it basically only works on melee opponents.

    I recomend u to make a crappy genie n do it,
    But that skill range so short that won't help u much, n time so tiny.. I'm not sure if with the update got longer time.. But it would only help if ya get like 2-3 mel
