Client version too low or not?

So I have been away for a month or so, I was off to uni getting settled. And when I finally have a chance to play again, after updating, it says that my client version is too low. I have version 197 and I even manually patched again to check and it says I am up to date, yet I still can't log in.

So any help on what I need to do would be greatly appreciated. I am desperate to play! haha.
