How come so many people, care so much about their ego on this game, does a 9x make you better than a lowly noob, just because you spent more money, or time or pretty much pour your heart and soul into this game? people just need to chill and take it for what it is a game.

b:faint Try telling that to one of my band teachers at school. Decorated his little corner of his class with WoW things. He won the helmet from one of the packs or w/e and shows it off to any gamer student he has and brags about what lvl his warlock is.

It's the same reason why some people with irl status might act as if they're better than any working class citizen. There's not that much difference between in game and irl when it comes to personalities.. the only thing is that an online game runs on a much smaller scale, and those who couldn't be the 'big guys' irl could manage to be the big guys here. Feel a little bad for them, and you won't care how they treat you in game b:victory

I love his banter. It could actually benefit some classes if he used the ingame mechanics as a plateau of reflection. As to why there are inflated ego's in a game, it should be obvious.

Lawlz @ all the comments to my first post.

But seriously the first two years at my high school I thought he was a student, he rarely dresses in "business casual" and he's all geeky looking too doesn't really give off that teacher attitude.

I caught him and a few anime/gamer geeks in my english class playing Diablo, giggle and snorting away at the kills they got. Until all the "cool/popular" kids got in the room then they stopped and shyed away in their parents basements.b:surrender

    Kinda sad.b:chuckle

What ever happened to Lessie? That girl sounds like an alien on vent.

Does she have a char on HL?
