I've been playing for like a month, but today when i tried to log in, it poped up some gibberish message, and wouldn't let me log in. Help?b:surrender

    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    I'm going to need some more information from you about your computer.

    Find out what the model number for your PC is. Check the documentation that came with your PC, or look on the back or bottom of your PC for the model Number.

    Please tell us the manufacturer's name of your system too! (Like HP, Dell, Toshiba, etc.)

    Next, go to Start, click on Run (or Search if using Vista/7), and type in dxdiag and press enter.

    Click on the Display tab, and then post here everything in the Device and Drivers boxes:

    Yeah, that chipset does in fact fall below our minimum system requirements. In addition to what Chesticles said, it also doesn't have any vertex shader support. I'm afraid you're out of luck unless you upgrade your system.

    Probably because your system eventually got too stressed to run it properly.

    Think of it like driving a go-kart in an F-1 race. You can do it, but it probably isn't going to last.

    The magic of the PC platform is that you can run a huge variety of programs on a insanely huge variety of hardware configurations. Sometimes you can initially run things on older hardware that aren;t designed for older hardware. This can cause issues short or long term on your system, and can cause malfunctions or overheating to occur.

    Just because you can do it, doesn't mean that you should.

    If you want to send us a ticket to Tech Support, with your full dxdiag, go for it, but you may get the same analysis from us. We might see if something could help you.
