GM help cant use paypal

Recently i tried to buy zen using paypal but i forgot the answer to the security questions, and now it seem that any credit card/paypal transaction have been diasbled for me. I submitted a ticket reset those options 2 weeks ago but no replies yet. Pls advise. Thnks.

    Please check the email address used for the payment and reply to the email we have sent there. Once you reply to the 8 question form, we can explain the incorrect answers to you. We understand that you will incorrectly answer the same questions as you did in the online verification form so we have added questions #7 and #8 as additional verification.

    Any previous failed attempt has been refunded and may take up to 5 business days (on average) to return to the funding source

    If you need another form for any reason, let us know and we will resend it to you.

    Hi, checked my email but only got the "payments have been blocked for your PWE acc." reply. And yes I have been refunded. Its just that I can no longer buy zen thru cc/paypal as the options have been unabled. And if able do send me another form thanks.

    I have sent you a new form in order to resolve this issue. If this form does not show in your inbox or spam folders within the next 24 hours, we will need you to email us from an alternate email address because we will then know that your email address is not accepting our emails.

    I tried putting money on a friends account a few weeks back, and I think breaking into Fort Knox might be a little easier. Anyway, he forgot one of his questions as well, and after messing with it, filling out tickets, we just said the heck with it. It shouldn't be a challenge to add money to an account.
