Can't use skills!

I have done all the quest that shown in this page to use the skill(including the 4 quest of give booklet and the try ro leap test), and I still can't use a skill.
I added the skill by Elder,but they are passive skills.
I need to say that I accidently sold the taylor book, so I need to buy it in 20,000 coins...
But why the outhers don't work?
My lvl. is 9.

    If you're talking about the crafting skills you don't need to click to use them, they just enable you to craft items, you need to go the npc of the item you need to manufacture (like blacksmith for weapons, tailor for armor etc) and look for the materials you will need to craft the desired item, when you have those materials in your inventory go back to the same npc and craft the item, simple as that =]

    So you mean that this passive skills should be passive(crafting skills)?
    Becouse I talk about the skills you get in the 4 quest of level 5. here:

    So does they are crafting skills only?
    And how can I get more active skills(I saw people in lvl 6 have that)?

    You can learn skills from the trainer that is in your starting town(City of the Lost, City of the Plume, Etherblade). Their is also a trainer in the second town you go to along with one in Archosaur, Silver Pool, and City of a Thousand Streams. These are the only places with trainers to my knowledge.
    If you attack some random monster, then all of its friends will come over to attack you back. And if a Cleric throws a heal at you, all of those friends will then hate the cleric more than you, and so will rush over to kill the Cleric. Who will hate you forever.

    to learn new skill u have to meet the cultivation RANK, do the quest for the spiritual cultivation to get a new rank

    spiritual cultivation quest are written with gold character and pops up at every step of cultivation as soon as u reach the right level

    the level are 9, 19, 29, 39, 49-51, 69, 79, 89, 99

    there could be some sub cultivation quest at later levels (20+)

    starting from 19 at each step (29, 39, 51 ecc) ull have to do the FB (dungeon) that usually are combined with the culti quest



    the first skills doesnt need any quest to be learned just go to ur class trainer like said by Hiei and pay to get the skill

    when u hit level 9 a pop up window will show and by ACCEPTING it u will get the quest on your quest log

    after u finish the cultivation quest ull gain a new rank in cultivation

    after getting the rank, ull be able to buy the newest skill for that level and so on for every skill

    again, to buy the skill visit a trainer in your class.

    in few words:
    U HAVE FIRST TO UNLOCK THE SKILL (doing cultivation quest) AND THEN BUY IT (by trainer)
